Rapid Photonics develops and markets a novel waveguide technology for Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs). The company’s unique DEpicT® waveguide technology enables the design of high-density complex PICs that can be manufactured in a matter of weeks and at affordable cost. DEpicT® is compatible with various photonic wafer substrates, including SNIO. Rapid Photonics is a startup of the VU University of Amsterdam and has its office and production facility at the Science Park Amsterdam.
